Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of school administration in supporting the achievement of a successful educational vision. The main focus is on how the administrative aspects of schools can build a strong foundation for educational effectiveness. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature review method. A total of 15 national journals indexed in Google Scholar were systematically reviewed to identify best practices, challenges and the contribution of school administration to education quality. The results showed that efficient and systematic administrative management has a positive correlation with the achievement of the school's vision and mission. There are common patterns in effective administrative practices, including orderly documentation, responsive administrative services and information technology support. This research offers a theoretical contribution in the form of a synthesis of various studies that demonstrate the importance of administrative governance as a key supporting pillar in the education system. The novelty lies in the integrative approach to previous research results to form a new conceptual framework that highlights administrative governance as the key to a successful educational vision.
